Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only eligible if you receive a wrong product or a damaged product.

You must contact us within 4 days of receiving the product to request a return or refund.

In order to process your return request, you must provide an unboxing video showing the product and its condition at the time of delivery. Without this video, we will not be able to process your return or refund request.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the size of the product, the item must be in brand-new condition, unused, and with the tags still attached.

The exchange request must also be made within 4 days of receiving the product.
